Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
Exchanges
We at Persona LLC want you to be satisfied with your purchase and are happy to make
any exchange on product(s) that you purchase from us within thirty (30) days from
date of purchase. When wanting to make an exchange, please email us to let us know
the nature of the exchange by way of our “Contact Us” page. We will then issue a
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via email, fax or mail.
All items must be
returned freight pre-paid by the purchaser, unused and in original packing. Upon
inspection and approval of condition of the returned merchandise, Persona LLC will
issue a store credit which can be used toward an exchange for 100% of the purchase
price (*excluding freight, shipping and handling) toward the same or any other product
we offer that you wish to purchase. *Freight charges are to be paid by the purchaser.
Returns & Refunds
If you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return the product purchased
from us for a 100% refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling) within
30 days of purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: This policy excludes special, custom and commercial
orders. If you wish to return any product, you must obtain prior authorization from
Persona LLC by contacting us. At that time we will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA Form)
via email, fax, or mail. Please complete this form and return to Persona LLC. A
customer service representative will then contact you and provide you with an RMA
number along with any additional return instructions. All items must be returned
freight pre-paid by the purchaser, in original packing. Upon inspection and approval
of the condition of the returned product, Persona LLC will issue credit in the form
the original purchase was made within thirty (30) days from receipt and inspection
of the returned item.
Any returned product(s) that was/were purchased with a “Free
Shipping / Shipping Included” special will have the shipping costs deducted from
the refund. All shipping and handling charges will be refunded for product(s) shipped
in error or damaged. Persona LLC reserves the right to inspect all returned product(s)
and may reduce the credit of the product(s) if it is returned damaged and/or if
all the contents of the product(s) are not returned. Please be certain to include
all original packing, manuals, instructions as well as other items that accompanied
the product(s) shipped. Failure to do so may cause your returned item(s) to be refused
and may not be accepted, or at the very least, will reduce the amount of funds credited
to you for your return.
Be certain to thoroughly inspect all packages that are shipped
to you and make sure that item(s) shipped are received in satisfactory condition.
Persona LLC will not be responsible for freight damage once you accept the item(s)
shipped to you. If item(s) appear to be damaged refuse the shipment and notify Persona
LLC immediately.
