Leg - Hip Adduction

 
Connect the ankle belt to the low pulley and attach it to your ankle. Stand approximately one arm length away from the machine. Stabilize your self by holding on to the leg of the bench unit.

Move the leg attached to the low pulley across the other leg just in front of it. Lower the weight to the start position. Make sure that you keep your body in position during the entire movement. Repeat with your other leg when you have finished your set.
