Back - Seated Row

 
Primary muscles worked are the back (latissimus) and secondarily biceps and lower back.

Keep your knees slightly bent and grab the v-handle or the short bar slightly narrower than shoulder width.

Lean slightly forward and pull the handle toward your body. When you pull the handle toward your body, arch your back and push your chest out slightly.
