Abdominals - Leg Raises

 
Primary muscles worked during this exercise are the lower abdominals. Secondarily are the upper abdominals.
Position your self on the bench unit and grab the seat abow your shoulders or under your buttocks. Raise your legs to a little less than 90 degrees. Lower your legs slowly to the starting position. Keep your legs slightly bent during the exercise.
